Need a Project Coord (3 – 6 years experience) and CLM, task, updates, project plan, admin work, help project manager and executives have what they need, status reports
Workday – have CLM – implement that now
Stand alone now but will be integrated
Work with internal PM / Vendor is cognizant - make sure both PM’s are communicating
Project mindset with out being a PMP / understand project plan, organized
They are using Smartsheets – think they will stay with it
Will reach out to tasks owners –
Years of experience as a Project Coord – mid to low level
LEAN mindset – Manager is the lean trainer - Need lean thinking to be applied
Take notes, work onsite to see and understand the big picture
Healthcare experience is a must
Project Coordinator:
We have an ERP replacement system approved and need a project coordinator to work closely with the internal ERP Project Manager, external vendor project managers/leads, and internal PMO Director.
Core duties would be to keep the project items organized and the project health dashboard accurate (currently in SmartSheet), help task owners keep updated task status, take and prepare meeting minutes and ensure issues/decisions/risks documented in the project tools and identified for project meetings, work with communications and change management resources on plans and develop communication content, assist with scheduling meetings, ensure items affecting budget are accounted for and roll up properly to the budget trackers, and anything else needed for project support of this size.
