Description

Coordinate internal project work streams to ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with customer specifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage work packages using established project management methodologies and standard processes.
• Track financial and project progress forecasting, including SOW resources and PO receipting.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to implement change control procedures affecting costs, timelines, and resources.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
• Build effective relationships with team members, internal customers, and suppliers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator within the telecom industry.
• Specific expertise in Fibre Networks (non-mobile).
• Experience in financial forecasting and project progress tracking.
• Proficiency in managing SOW resources and PO receipting.
• Strong numerical aptitude for revenue enhancement and cost containment.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and active listening skills.
• Highly structured, self-organized, and self-motivated work approach.

Preferred Skills

• Project management certification such as APM, PMI, or PRINCE2.
