Description

You support the Program Manager in day-to-day operations, tracking, scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder coordination for project execution.

Responsibilities

• Track project progress and maintain schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate communications between team members and stakeholders.
• Manage administrative tasks supporting daily project operations.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst, or Project Administrator.
• Proficiency in PMI Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
• Experience with Smartsheet is required.
• Experience with Power BI is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Information Technology.
