Description

Manage internal finance projects by partnering with Finance Engineering and scrum teams to drive Agile practices and solution delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage internal finance projects using Agile practices and report status regularly to the core team.
  • Partner with scrum teams and business partners during weekly activities to gather requirements and solutions.
  • Coordinate solution design, development, configuration, and deployment across multi-dimensional teams.
  • Lead meetings involving participants up to the VP level and manage conflict resolution.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in a PM role for EPM (or SCPM) and Oracle ERP applications.
  • Direct experience with Hyperion Planning, Essbase, or OneStream Planning.
  • 5+ years of experience eliciting and documenting business requirements and system functional designs.
  • Proven track record interacting with development and support functions for EPM/SCPM applications.
  • Experience in business partner relationship management.
  • Experience in application development estimation and planning, including roles and timelines.
  • Strong documentation skills and expertise in PowerPoint or Google Slides.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working within a Scrum team using Agile methodologies.
  • Leadership experience in a successful EPM application implementation.

ANY GRADUATE
