Description

Coordinate multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects by driving collaboration between engineering, construction, manufacturing, and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycles from initiation through close-out, including contracts, RFPs, work authorizations, and project directory maintenance.
• Execute design documentation and construction administration tasks, including RFI/submittal logs, issue resolution, and invoice management.
• Coordinate with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) regarding permit submissions, reviews, and budget tracking.
• Conduct site visits to document existing conditions or construction progress and archive as-built documentation.
• Organize project data, maintain logs for project IDs, scope, schedule, and responsible parties, and document meeting agendas and notes.

Required Skills

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a supportive capacity within an engineering, architecture, or construction firm.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Bluebeam or similar technical markup tools.
• Strong ability to prioritize workloads, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
• High attention to detail regarding project filing, documentation, and data organization.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Aconex, PlanGrid, or Procore.
