Description

You will manage transactional financial tasks and provide operational support to Medical Communication Execution Leads. You own the budget lifecycle for Scientific Communications teams and resolve invoicing discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets for Scientific Communications & Engagement teams across WW, US, and Market territories.
• Interface with Finance teams to resolve invoicing issues, troubleshoot service order discrepancies, and process Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Generate financial status reports for leadership, Medical Project Managers, and external stakeholders.
• Execute operational tasks including agency partner onboarding/offboarding and Datavision author debarkment checks.
• Support congress activities, publication databases, and content database management.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of professional work experience.
• Experience managing tasks, projects, and timelines to meet strict deadlines.
• Experience with electronic routing and accounts payable processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, time management, and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Preferred Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in a Medical Communications agency or Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry.
• Experience with SAP, Ariba, Icerti, or RPM.
• Background in analytical or financial roles.
