Description

Coordinate and manage workflows within the Quality Assurance team for a large-scale Salesforce consolidation project.

Since is_remote, hybrid, and on_site are all 0, no work-mode line is added.

Responsibilities

• Track project progress and maintain meticulous documentation throughout the consolidation lifecycle.
• Act as the primary intermediary for senior-level engagement, correspondence, and stakeholder updates.
• Liaise with Quality Assurance teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.
• Coordinate with User Acceptance Testing (UAAT) leads and organize comprehensive project notes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in project coordination or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination.
• Experience working within a Salesforce environment.
• Strong ability to capture, organize, and maintain detailed project notes.
• Proven capability for effective teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
