Description

You coordinate development projects by implementing new fixtures across various brands.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit Purchase Orders, troubleshooting and closing Oracle invoice issues.
• Monitor manufacturing and delivery schedules for prototype fixtures.
• Communicate deliverables with suppliers and the project management team.
• Analyze historical store data using Oracle to determine fixture generation and quantities.
• Review technical drawings, floor plans, and physical prototype fixtures for quality and compatibility.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years experience in the retail fixtures, planning, and construction industry.
• 3-5 years experience in manufacturing, purchasing, forecasting import items, and logistics.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Project, MS Office, and Teams.
• Experience using Oracle and Sage estimating software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering (5+ years experience can substitute for degree).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with materials like laminate, steel, aluminum, and substrates used in retail fixtures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
