Manage descriptive metadata feeds and territory availability for content distribution across internal and external endpoints.

Responsibilities

• Own the acquisition and management of descriptive metadata feeds to support content distribution.
• Track release information for feature, episodic, and ancillary material.
• Manage license information and territory availability for original content.
• Document operating procedures and support new metadata standard implementations.
• Support data migration, integrity projects, and systems development.

Required Skills

• 6-7 years of experience in metadata or project coordination.
• Proficient in Excel for data management and reporting.
• Working knowledge of XML.
• Experience with database management.
• Proven experience in project management and reporting.
• Understanding of digital archival principles and collection management.
• Knowledge of digital distribution workflows and best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and written/verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• General knowledge of software development.
