Description

You will manage web and mobile app products by coordinating between developers, customers, and stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute projects using Scrum methodology and JIRA to ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Gather business requirements and map them to implementation measures to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Manage project modules with teams of 6-8 members, including developers and testers.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly productivity reports to management and clients.
• Monitor post-service activities such as client follow-ups, service reminders, and invoicing.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in project coordination or management.
• Proficiency with JIRA for issue tracking and project management.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams of developers and testers.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
• Strong reporting skills for tracking day-to-day project progress and resource availability.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and service levels.

• Any Graduate degree.
