Description

You will lead and oversee the execution of IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deliverables meet scope, timeline, and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full IT project lifecycle, including developing project plans, resource allocation, schedules, and milestones.
• Drive project timelines and manage stakeholder expectations through regular status updates, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and risks.
• Oversee task management and ticket resolution in Asana, specifically for upkeep, maintenance, and documentation updates.
• Define clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for developer resources to prevent project delays.
• Maintain and organize IT process documentation and project archives to ensure accessibility.
• Facilitate project meetings, including kickoffs, status updates, and post-mortems, while tracking all action items.
• Identify project risks and manage change control processes for scope, timeline, or budget modifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination or management.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with resource allocation and managing project schedules.
• Strong ability to track milestones and project timelines.
• Experience using Asana for task management and documentation tracking.
• Ability to manage technical documentation and process workflows.
• Must be local to Phoenix, AZ, and able to work in-office up to five days per week at 5000 Carefree HWY.
• Any Graduate degree.
