Description

You will support the CASEBU project management team in planning, executing, and completing Platform Enablement projects.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project plans and timelines to align development with business goals.
• Track project progress, identify risks related to resources and scheduling, and communicate updates to management.
• Compile and maintain project documentation, reports, and logs.
• Organize project meetings, set agendas, and document minutes.
• Guide teams through Software Development Life Cycle (SDLDC) phases from planning to deployment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in both software development and project management.
• Proven experience managing software development projects.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLDC).
• Proficiency with project management tools including Jira and Monday.com.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills

• Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with GitHub and Agile SDLDC.
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
