Description

You will support Program and Project Managers within the IT PMO to ensure project execution meets deadlines and budget constraints.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Monitor project progress, track issues, and communicate status updates to all participants.
• Use Jira to monitor budgets, plans, and expenditures while maintaining project documentation and reports.
• Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure standards and requirements are met.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Proficiency with Jira.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with project management software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
