You will lead the execution of the Workday Talent Acquisition project, ensuring timely delivery of an MVP by March 2025.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the Workday Talent Acquisition project, ensuring timely delivery of an MVP by March 2025.
• Serve as a Project Execution specialist alongside HR and IT teams.
• Implement an agile, iterative approach to project management, adapting to requirement changes.
• Provide expert guidance on Workday best practices, system enhancements, and process improvements.
• Address and resolve project issues while maintaining focus on timelines and goals.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of Workday experience.
• Experience deploying the Workday recruiting module (5-10 deployments).
• Project management and cross-functional team experience.
• Familiarity with Scrum knowledge/experience.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate education.
