Description

You will coordinate cross-team tasks and automate data reporting to ensure project closure and accuracy.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build Excel macros to automate data processing and reporting.
• Analyze project data to support decision-making and cross-team coordination.
• Manage project workflows to ensure timely closure of all assigned tasks.
• Prepare and present weekly progress updates and data insights to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience in project coordination or similar roles.
• Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in building macros.
• Strong analytical skills for accurate data interpretation.
• Ability to work during PST hours.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow experience, including running queries and understanding table-level details.
