Description

You will manage project tracking and coordination for wireless device technology development projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor development progress by tracking milestones, issues, and potential risks.
• Develop project schedules and provide local administrative support.
• Collaborate with project teams daily to ensure all deliverables are met.
• Manage the project knowledge database and control information access.
• Coordinate testing assignments and follow up on triage with relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 6 to 7 years of Project Coordinator experience, ideally within engineering or wireless device industries.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and Gsuite.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to deliver technical reports, project plans, and executive summaries.
• Strong time management skills to set priorities and meet objectives.
• Capacity to work independently without constant supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field of study.
