Description

You will coordinate the Geoscience, Reservoir Engineering, Drilling & Completions (GGREW) program for a Greenfield Development, aligning business requirements between GGREW and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a detailed Program Execution Plan using Microsoft Project, Planview, Primavera, or SharpCloud, tracking tasks, resources, and timelines.
• Create a framework to align the core project team, technical teams, and the Steering Committee on key decisions.
• Manage risk matrices, decision registers, and action item tracking via shared Teams sites.
• Implement a Change Management and Training Model using the ADKAR Model.
• Schedule and facilitate GGREW and IT project meetings, ensuring all actions are captured and communicated.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project management or coordination.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Proficiency with Planview, Primavera, and SharpCloud.
• Strong background in project management methodologies, preferably PMP certified.
• Organizational Change Management skillset using the ADKAR model.
• Understanding of Cloud and GGREW IT Compute Environments and industry standard software.
• General knowledge of analytical tools such as Spotfire.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder communications and multi-task across disciplines.
