Description

You will manage engineering and construction activities within a pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise engineering and construction activities while managing internal staff.
• Prepare turnover documentation, execution records, and as-built drawings.
• Execute project controls including estimating, scheduling, and cost reporting.
• Track project progress using earned value or progress tracking systems for larger projects.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, including commissioning, qualification, and validation.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in chemical, mechanical, or electrical engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in project engineering.
• Experience working within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of commissioning, qualification, and validation quality standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated experience in project controls, estimating, and scheduling.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage technical documentation.
