Description

You will manage engineering tasks for construction projects, ensuring alignment with schedules, quality standards, and documentation requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage submittals, RFIs, and documentation for interior and finishes packages.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, design consultants, and field teams to resolve technical issues.
• Track changes, maintain project logs, and support overall project reporting.
• Monitor progress to ensure work meets schedule and quality requirements.
• Assist in punch list, closeout, and turnover activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in engineering or construction.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience in interior construction or finishes coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
• Problem-solving abilities to address field and design conflicts.
