Own end-to-end project management and budget ownership for manufacturing and capital projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
• Utilize AutoCAD to design and implement production line modifications and facility improvements.
• Oversee capital projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver engineering solutions.
• Apply project engineering principles to optimize manufacturing processes and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project engineering or project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for technical design and drafting.
• Strong background in manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and project resources effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in food manufacturing or meat processing (kill floor operations).
• History of executing large-scale capital projects.
