Description

Lead cross-functional projects throughout the airplane lifecycle to support the Engineering Team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop overall project plans aligned with stakeholder objectives and aerospace industry standards.
• Execute project and process plans while establishing specific project targets.
• Manage and report on Microsoft Project schedules using MPP to provide regular status updates.
• Implement project control systems and integrate data to assist decision-makers.
• Present outcomes, assessments, corrective actions, and lessons learned to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Project Management position.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project (MPP).
• Experience using JIRA.
• Ability to establish stakeholder requirements and project objectives.
• Experience improving project management processes and business systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
