Description

Lead internal logistics projects to optimize supply chain efficiency across cross-functional groups.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Flowgen, troubleshooting parts flow issues and training users across the region.
• Collaborate with manufacturing departments and pilot engineers to confirm process requirements and system compliance.
• Serve as the primary backup for regional system simulations using Flexsim.
• Create and update training documentation while distributing periodic KPI updates to end users.
• Balance requirements between external logistics, production engineering, and manufacturing groups.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in an engineering or related role.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent professional work experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D for layout design.
• Experience with flow rack design and parts lists or bill of materials.
• Experience with system simulations and block coding languages or C++.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Excel Macros, and Microsoft Access databases.
• Ability to travel 75% or more domestically and internationally within Canada and Mexico.
