Description

You will own the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of complex engineering projects while leading technical tasks and supporting project managers.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work between internal teams, external engineers, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless delivery.
• Review engineering deliverables and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and compliance.
• Develop technical specifications for project equipment and ensure adherence to codes, standards, and QA/QC policies.
• Manage timelines effectively using Agile principles and support project managers in overall execution.
• Mentor team members, assign responsibilities, and build strong relationships with stakeholders and business partners.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (ABET accredited) or non-ABET degree with Professional Engineering (PE) license.
• 5–7 years of experience in a Project Engineer role with a minimum of 5 years on complex engineering projects.
• Strong experience coordinating internal and external engineering disciplines.
• Proficiency in engineering design tools such as AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience in contract management and overseeing engineering deliverables.
