Description

Manage 5–10 utility and infrastructure projects from planning through closeout, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and budget constraints.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with third-party engineering consultants and internal disciplines to execute project design and construction.
• Develop and manage project scopes of work, engineering estimates, schedules, and drawings.
• Monitor project performance, including schedules, budgets, and deliverable tracking.
• Participate in construction support activities and conduct field verification visits.
• Ensure compliance with utility standards, engineering requirements, and documentation processes.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program, or a non-ABET degree with a Professional Engineering (PE) License.
• 5–7 years of experience in Project Engineering or Project Management, specifically managing complex projects from planning to construction completion.
• Experience in utilities, construction, manufacturing, or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and engineering deliverables.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to review drawings, project scopes, and construction estimates.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and external consultants.

Preferred Skills

• Electrical Engineering background.
• Experience with Unifier, ProjectWise, or document control systems.
• Utility or substation project experience.
