Description

You will manage and maintain critical building functionality across laboratory environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage building utilities, including emergency power, HVAC, cold storage, and utility systems.
• Perform daily site walk-throughs to verify the functional status of all critical operational systems.
• Monitor the Building Management System (BMS), investigate issues, and execute resolution procedures.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment or utility problems, documenting findings for the Facilities & Engineering team.
• Participate in capital project planning, implementation, and delivery, tracking deliverables and reporting progress.

Required Skills

• 4-7 years of experience in an Engineering or Facilities role.
• Proven experience with building utilities systems and HVAC.
• Working knowledge and experience using BMS systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience working in a pharmaceutical or laboratory environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and contribute effectively to a team.
