Description

You will manage facilities and construction engineering projects across the campus.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects and renovations across the technical center campus.
• Manage construction and renovation projects, including lab expansions and infrastructure upgrades.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans for assigned projects.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure compliant project execution.
• Ensure all construction adheres to safety, environmental, and local building codes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in facilities or construction project engineering.
• Strong understanding of building systems and lab infrastructure.
• Experience managing capital projects and facility upgrades.
• Proficiency with CAD tools and facility management software.
• Experience utilizing project scheduling tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in an automotive technical center or R&D environment.
• Expertise in Project Engineering.
