Manage water system design, project lifecycles, and construction oversight in Lacey, WA.

Responsibilities

• Prepare water system plans, project reports, and construction documents.
• Perform hydraulic calculations and assessments using hydraulic models.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, change orders, and invoices.
• Monitor construction site progress and analyze system growth for proposed developments.
• Guide technicians and draftspersons to improve drawing accuracy and reduce field notes.

Required Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience performing hydraulic calculations and assessments.
• Proficiency in developing construction cost estimates and bid specifications.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and scopes.
• Ability to monitor construction progress against design documents.
• Valid Driver License for the state of employment.

Preferred Skills

• Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification.
