Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers with the planning, execution, and closeout of electrical construction projects.
• Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and bid documents.
• Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other project documentation.
• Coordinate material procurement and equipment deliveries.
• Maintain project schedules and assist with project forecasting.
• Support job cost tracking and budget management.
• Coordinate with field personnel, vendors, subcontractors, engineers, and general contractors.
• Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes as required.
• Assist with permit processing, inspections, and project closeout documentation.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential schedule or budget issues.
• Maintain organized project files and reporting systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–5 years of experience in construction project engineering, project coordination, or project management support.
• Electrical construction experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Bluebeam, Adobe, and project management software.
• Experience with Accubid, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
