Description

Support project managers in planning, executing, and closing electrical construction projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and bid documents.
• Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Coordinate material procurement, equipment deliveries, and vendor interactions.
• Maintain project schedules, job cost tracking, and budget forecasts.
• Assist with permit processing, inspections, and closeout documentation.

Required Skills

• 1–5 years of experience in construction project engineering or coordination.
• Electrical construction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Bluebeam, and Adobe.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Accubid, Procore, or Autodesk Construction Cloud.
