Description

You will oversee site engineering functions for capital projects and portfolio manufacturing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own engineering deliverables from concept through commissioning, startup, and turnover.
• Lead internal teams to implement designs within approved budgets and schedules.
• Manage project controls including change requests, schedule tracking, cost projections, and risk management.
• Ensure designs and scopes comply with global engineering governance, facility standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate parallel design, scheduling, and planning activities for seamless execution.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of project management and delivery experience within BioPharma manufacturing.
• Proven experience managing BioPharma design, construction, equipment implementation, and site utility upgrades.
• Hands-on experience in facility design, equipment procurement, field installation, and commissioning.
• Background in process engineering, equipment layout, and managing engineering contractors or vendors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to participate in design reviews and construction management.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
