Description

You will lead new and existing engineering projects, acting as the primary liaison between US, European, and customer teams. You own the project timeline, scope definition, and open item lists to ensure alignment with customer expectations and company goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from definition through delivery, managing shifting priorities and cross-functional dependencies.
• Develop technical documentation including Technical Descriptions, Mounting Instructions, and RAMS.
• Interpret 3D drawings and relay design information to ensure conformity with technical specifications and tolerances.
• Support quality and safety adherence while analyzing requirements to propose viable business solutions.
• Prepare and present documentation for design reviews and maintain continuous communication with customers.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management within the transportation industry.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling applications, specifically CATIA V5.
• Experience utilizing ERP/MRP/PLM software, with a focus on SAP.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (verifiable project experience may substitute).
• Familiarity with both US and European engineering standards.
• Ability to work cohesively within a team environment and provide functional training when necessary.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% per year.
• Experience supporting quality departments on safety standards and compliance.
