Description

Manage capital projects from inception through completion within the Process Systems Development team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction management for industrial, commercial, or multi-unit residential projects.
• Deliver professional services to individual plants through regular follow-up and customer interaction.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and specifications from start to finish.
• Travel domestically and internationally, averaging 50%.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical Engineering, Construction Management, or Construction Engineering (Master's reduces experience requirement by 2 years).
• Minimum 8 years of related experience (or 6 years with a Master's degree).
• At least 5 years of experience with industrial construction projects, or 8 years with commercial/residential projects.
• Direct experience as a Project Manager or Construction Manager with an Owner, AE, or GC.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and MS Project.
• Experience using CAD applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with BIM, AIA, RFI, and Change Order processes.
• Background in tire manufacturing or rubber processing.
