You will manage capital projects and support facility operations in a pharma or laboratory environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan, track, and deliver capital projects, including facilitating team meetings and documenting minutes.
- Monitor project progress using defined processes and tools, providing regular updates and recommendations to the engineering team.
- Manage service ticket requests from internal users and coordinate status updates for complex technical issues.
- Perform daily site walks, functional checks, and maintenance of critical systems to ensure operational continuity.
- Collaborate with document control to log vendor service documentation and partner with EHS to implement safety initiatives.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in a Project Engineering role.
- Experience working in pharma, laboratory, or facility environments.
- Proficiency with computer systems and technical documentation.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal customers and external vendors.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose minor equipment problems.
- Experience assisting with Rees Scientific lab monitoring systems.
- Capability to assist with equipment and lab setup across multiple locations.
Preferred Skills
- Background in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Associate or bachelor's degree.
