Description

Manage software configurations and deployments for New Product Introduction (NPI) launches in Sanford, NC.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy software systems to internal production environments.
• Develop new configurations to meet production schedule deadlines.
• Update BOM configuration spreadsheets to maintain accurate records.
• Resolve day-to-day production software issues and provide status reports.
• Update technical procedures to facilitate team training.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in engineering or related technical roles.
• Direct experience with software configuration and Software Configuration Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• Mechanical understanding of automotive systems.
• Electrical understanding of sensors, inputs, and outputs.
• Understanding of application/infrastructure design and application deployment.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of automotive parts, sensors, and mechanisms.
• Experience in data management or software configuration management.
