Description

You will lead small-scale maintenance, upgrading, and efficiency improvement projects for chemical plant clients in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Execute projects from conceptual study and FEED through to detail engineering, execution, and commissioning.
• Manage brownfield projects, including vendor supervision for operation and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate shutdown maintenance, spare parts management, and technical advisory services.
• Estimate project costs, secure approvals, and control works to meet specifications, schedules, and budgets.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and client representatives to ensure project objectives are met.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in project engineering or design engineering.
• Experience with FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) and detail engineering.
• Technical expertise in static and furnace engineering.
• Ability to manage vendor print reviews and technical documentation.
• Competency in project cost estimation and budget control.
• Experience managing planned, periodic, breakdown, and shutdown maintenance.
• Proven ability to act as a key account holder for established clients.
