Description

You will manage design development and construction for future battery plant production facilities in Smyrna, TN.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Greenfield and Brownfield plant construction from the RPQ/RFP/RFI stage through production.
• Integrate process and logistics equipment into plant layouts, prioritizing people and material flow.
• Conduct equipment design reviews to ensure manufacturing best practices and US regulation compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely task completion and adherence to company standards.
• Validate equipment capacities and generate schedules for installation, commissioning, and ramp-up.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in engineering or project management roles.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD for design and layout tasks.
• Experience managing documentation for contractors regarding functional requirements and company standards.
• Ability to use data-driven problem-solving methodologies.
• Experience working with AESC standards or related battery plant environments.
• Degree in any graduate field.
