Description

Manage technical requirements and construction workflows for Greenfield and Brownfield plant projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support new plant construction from RFP/RFI stages through full production.
• Develop and maintain plant layouts using AutoCAD 2D, integrating process and logistics equipment.
• Validate equipment capacities and generate installation, commissioning, and ramp-up schedules.
• Collaborate with contractors on building design and secure necessary construction permits.
• Plan and procure plant utilities including water, electricity, and natural gas.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing facility.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD 2D.
• Strong command of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, OneNote, SharePoint).
• Experience with data-driven problem solving and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Ability to manage simultaneous priorities and lead contractors through the RFP to commissioning process.
• Competency in coordinating schedules using Google Calendar and Office 365.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 or Bluebeam.
• Automotive OEM or Tier 1 Supplier experience.
