Description

You will oversee capital investments for fixed assets by leading cross-functional teams through the entire project lifecycle, from concept to closeout.

Responsibilities

• Oversee capital investments related to fixed assets, including relocation and new purchases.
• Manage projects from initial conceptual studies through final closeout.
• Coordinate equipment procurement and manage contractor relationships.
• Facilitate change implementation within the manufacturing environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project engineering experience in food, dairy, pharmaceutical, or consumer products manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of GMP/HACCP, hygienic and sanitary design, and 3A standards.
• Proficiency in project management tools including MS Project, SAP, and AutoCAD.
• Experience with equipment and construction purchasing contracts.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for food safety and equipment.
• Strong experience in facilitating change in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with CAPEX budgeting and preparation.
• Technical and managerial skills applied to plant design and construction.
