Description

You will manage mechanical and infrastructure capital projects from deployment through commissioning.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and coordinate contractors to achieve milestones using Microsoft Project and weekly status meetings.
• Own the commissioning and Management of Change (MOC) process to ensure equipment meets safety, sanitation, and electrical requirements.
• Manage the Preventive Maintenance program, including scheduling and spare parts inventory management.
• Execute FAT and SAT checklists to manage equipment supplier relations and ensure delivery within budget and scope.
• Supervise mechanical and electrical work performed by contractors and provide technical support to maintenance teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, R&D, or operations-related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Experience with SAP, Coupa, or Tungsten.
• Ability to read and understand technical schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to perform root cause analysis using process data.
• Basic understanding of motors, VFDs, and electrical panels.
• Experience using risk assessment tools such as TRL or FMEA.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of IL6S tools including 5S, Process Mapping, CTQ, and CTP.
• Experience creating SOPs and OPLs.
