Description

You will manage the physical delivery of energy efficiency projects and new energy technologies. You own the end-to-end execution of 10-15 concurrent projects, including lighting, HVAC, controls, wastewater treatment, and building envelope improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage 10-15 concurrent projects involving lighting, HVAC, controls, wastewater treatment, and building envelope energy conservation.
• Prepare engineering calculations, cost analyses, estimates, and feasibility reports to develop customer installation commitment documents.
• Develop design documents, engineering specifications, and labor/material bid specifications.
• Coordinate activities between contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure construction quality and compliance with state and local codes.
• Review project activities for technical accuracy, cost control, schedule adherence, and design/construction problem-solving.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience in construction supervision.
• Knowledge of hazardous waste management.
• Proficiency with office software.
• Experience with job costing and accounting issues.
• Project management experience.

Preferred Skills

• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification.
• Advanced degree in an engineering, scientific, or business discipline.
