Description

You will lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of business solutions to expand the WellSky Information Management System for Aging and Disability Resource Centers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate requirements gathering, business analysis, and specification development for moderate to complex business solutions.
• Coordinate ADRC modules with AAA staff to ensure data separation within the shared WellSky system.
• Lead discovery and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with internal and external providers.
• Manage the end-to-end testing lifecycle, including test strategies for custom, third-party, and SaaS solutions.
• Prioritize system enhancements and defects based on specific program business needs.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in project management and systems requirements gathering.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end testing and UI testing.
• Experience managing all aspects of testing, documentation, and defect tracking.
• Knowledge of table structure and relational database design or database diagrams.
• Experience merging systems and coordinating external providers with agency staff and systems.
• Ability to define and run UAT for Aging and Disability services.
• Experience with SaaS solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to create system efficiencies that achieve program deliverables.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
