Responsibilities

• Facilitate meetings and drive executive reporting with clear, actionable updates.
• Manage risks and issues through structured mitigation planning and resolution.
• Optimize workflows and drive process improvements across cross-functional teams.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, dashboards, and status reports.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of project coordination and project management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Planner, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Ability to build reports and visualizations using Power BI.
• Experience creating diagrams and process maps with Visio.
• Skilled in automating workflows with Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on documentation.
