Description

You will lead the conversion of Autosys scheduling jobs to Slang, managing the project lifecycle, team delivery, and stakeholder alignment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Autosys-to-Slang code conversion initiative, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Manage L1 support teams performing conversion tasks, providing guidance and resolving technical blockers.
• Collaborate with architects and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define best practices for conversion, testing, and implementation.
• Manage project timelines, quality assurance, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders to align on requirements and progress.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in Autosys or Control-M scheduling environments.
• Proven experience leading teams in scheduling support and migration projects.
• Hands-on expertise with scripting and batch processing.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on problem-solving.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the financial services sector.
