Description

You will manage the complete technical scope for the supply of new packaged rotating equipment for onshore and offshore projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead global multi-discipline technical project teams, including engineers, designers, and suppliers.
• Manage the engineering schedule to ensure on-time release of equipment specifications, bills of material, and customer documentation.
• Own the engineering budget and ensure all technical contract requirements, certifications, and standards compliance are met.
• Translate contract requirements and specifications into actionable technical directions for the project team.
• Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle, from proposal and manufacturing to testing, installation, and commissioning.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the design, packaging, or operation of rotating equipment and gas turbines.
• Proficiency with NX, E3, COMOS, or Jira.
• Experience using SAP.
• Advanced computer skills, including Pivot Tables and VBA or other programming languages.
• Proven ability to direct small teams and provide technical leadership.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Skills

• Prior knowledge of Siemens applications, customers, processes, and products.
