Description

Manage and oversee Application, Development and Maintenance (ADM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) contracts.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day performance against SLAs, contractual deliverables, and invoice reviews.
• Monitor contract budgets by comparing planned versus actual spend and managing associated risks.
• Lead initiatives and projects arising from contract oversight.
• Execute project planning, requirements analysis, monitoring, and status reporting for contract-related processes.
• Handle customer experience by addressing comments or complaints.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional project management experience.
• 4 years of experience working with technology vendors or technology vendor contracts.
• Experience managing Application, Development and Maintenance (ADM) contracts.
• Knowledge of Service Level Agreement (SLA) management.
• Ability to oversee Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application portfolios.
• Proven track record in project planning, coordination, and implementation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing multiple active contracts simultaneously.
