Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for banking change initiatives, owning governance, implementation, and change management processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Run project governance, implementation, and change management processes.
• Manage stakeholders through impactful communication and influencing.
• Drive benefits realization for banking change projects.
• Lead end-to-end project lifecycles within a banking environment.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of project management experience.
• 4+ years of domain experience in secured/unsecured lending, wealth, or insurance (life, digital, or operations).
• PMP certification.
• Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese.
• Proven experience managing change projects in a banking environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance skills.
• Ability to manage implementation and benefits realization.
• University degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in digital operations or life insurance domains.
