Description

Lead organizational change management initiatives and oversee full project delivery in Austin, Texas.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and solve complex organizational problems while estimating, scheduling, and producing all necessary project documentation.
• Review, monitor, and evaluate OCM project deliverables to ensure quality standards are met.
• Communicate project status, methodologies, and processes clearly to all stakeholders.
• Identify potential project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
• Organize multiple assignments to meet goals without compromising accuracy.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management.
• 10+ years of experience conveying complex, highly technical information to diverse audiences.
• 10+ years of experience in project management delivery and documentation.
• 10+ years of extensive verbal and written communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience using the Prosci methodology.
• 5+ years of experience with pension and benefits administration systems.
• Expertise in Organization Development and Organizational Change Management.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree or Doctorate in Organization Development, Organizational Change Management, or a related field.
