Description

You will lead the end-to-end implementation of Community Development software platforms, including Cityworks Online PLL and Trimble Unity Permit.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets to align with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, develop plans, and monitor progress.
• Facilitate the integration of workflows, document management, payment systems, and BI tools.
• Lead diverse teams and ensure effective cross-departmental communication.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings, track deliverables, and ensure SDLC compliance.

Required Skills

• Minimum 7 years of progressive IT experience.
• 5+ years managing Community Development and Regulation projects.
• Strong knowledge of planning, permitting, inspection, and code enforcement business processes.
• Experience implementing enterprise software platforms.
• PMP Certification (Mandatory).
• Proficiency in Project Management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Six Sigma).
• Experience with MS Project for scheduling and tracking.
• Familiarity with SDLC standards.

• Experience leading multi-departmental teams.
