Description

Lead a team of Python developers to design and deliver complex software solutions for the semiconductor industry.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on lead and mentor Python developers, ensuring high-quality code and deliverables.
• Drive architecture, design, and development of scalable Python-based applications and platforms.
• Manage the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including requirements, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with product, hardware, QA, and DevOps teams to define and deliver integrated solutions.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, timelines, and risk management while conducting code reviews.

Required Skills

• 8–12+ years of experience in software development with deep expertise in Python.
• 2–5+ years of experience leading engineering teams and managing performance.
• Strong knowledge of Python frameworks, package management, and system design.
• Experience with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker).
• Proficiency in microservices, scalable architecture, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency with Gen AI or code generation tools (e.g., Claude Code).
• Experience with Git, Jira, Confluence, and build tools like Gradle.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Background in the semiconductor, manufacturing, or high-tech industries.
• Exposure to AI/ML, data processing, or algorithm development.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
