Description

Lead digital product implementations by combining agile facilitation with project delivery management.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meeting quality standards.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships and communicate project objectives to ensure alignment.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain stability and compliance.
• Collaborate with technical teams to steer technical direction and ensure solutions meet requirements.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in project leadership and delivery.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master facilitating agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with ERP implementation.
• Experience with CRM implementation.
• Experience with SAP BI implementation.
• Experience with Payroll or SuccessFactors rollouts.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder expectations.
• Experience navigating procurement and finance procedures within a project framework.

• Any Graduate degree.
